What is the estimated shipping time?

24/48 hours for non-personalized items made before 12:00 PM.

4 days, for custom orders of up to 5 units.

5 days, for custom orders of up to 10 units.

7 days, for custom orders of up to 30 units.

10 days, for custom orders of up to 50 units.

14 days for custom orders of more than 50 units.

However, depending on the time of year, such as during periods of heavy promotion, delivery times may be longer.

Bowiie is the custom uniform company with the fastest shipping across Europe.

If your order's estimated delivery date falls on a weekend or holiday, delivery will most likely be made the next business day. In exceptional circumstances, and due to causes beyond Bowiie's control, your order may take longer. Therefore, if you need your order for an event or opening on a specific date, we recommend placing it with enough time to avoid any issues.

The estimated delivery time for orders of exclusive design collections ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the quantity to be produced and the type of product. Consult with our sales representative for more information.

How can I get Free Shipping?

Shipping costs are free for orders over €300 in Spain and €500 for orders within the European Community.

Will I be charged customs fees for shipping to my country?

After paying for your order, you shouldn't have to pay anything else. However, some countries charge customs fees on some orders. If your package is held in customs or you are charged customs fees, please open a support ticket within 7 days of receiving it.

While Bowiie has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we cover up to 25% of your order value.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Ecology is a matter of concern to us. That's why we're always looking for new ways to reduce the ecological footprint of our business activities, and specifically, our shipping. On the one hand, we try to reduce fossil fuel consumption in our shipping. We achieve this by optimizing the size of the packaging your garments come in. On the other hand, we're continually researching new, more eco-friendly, recyclable, or reusable materials for packaging your orders.

This means that for us, eco-friendly packaging is more important than beautiful packaging. This may be difficult to understand from a marketing perspective, but we believe we can't waste resources and cause excessive pollution to manufacture materials that have a maximum shelf life of five days.

On the other hand, and unfortunately, we can't ship to every country the way we'd like, so you may not receive our most eco-friendly shipping method in your country. Rest assured, it will be the most eco-friendly possible for each case.
